After being hand picked, the grapesare taken by trailer to the wwinery at the base of the vineyard. The grapes are then specially selected and destemmed and crushed. The grapes from he Cardaba vineyard are left to macerate for six hours and then go though an alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC.

An intense dark red with violet tones. A clean bright wine with rich balsamic aromas. On allowing the wine to breathe, pleasant fruit tones waft through.
