Preparation:

Harvest in mid-October with manual collection and selection at the winery. Maceration for 18 days. Fermentation and bottling.

Tasting:

Intense dark red dress, clean, very seriously. Nuances of spices like liquorice and vanilla mingle with aromas of dried fruits like figs and apricots. Potent flavor, fruity, with lots of personality, is a wine storage. Is long and silky, with a long aftertaste.

This wine accompanies perfectly roasted, stews of meat and chops.
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18 º C.
